Although she's not a native Texan, Kim has lived in the Houston area since 1980 and has experienced three decades of the city's dynamic growth. A true local, Kim aids clients in finding the just-right neighborhood and knows of all the cultural hotspots around town. Driven by a love of service, Kim guides her clients through each stage of the buying or selling process with proactive, hands-on approach. She says, "I take care of all the details, so my clients don't have to. I offer personalized service and handle every aspect of the transaction personally. The loan officers, title agents, and other professionals I work with also offer a high level of professionalized service."
Kim puts her unique knack for technology to good use in tracking market trends, crafting strategic digital marketing, and using all data available to secure the greatest value possible for her clients. Prior to her will-established career in residential real estate, Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and worked as a supervisor of the STAT lab at Memorial Hermann.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and six grandchildren, gardening, taking care of her dogs, and watching her grandchildren play sports. Kim gives back to her community through her church and neighborhood HOA. She also participates in local bunco groups, the Quail Valley Wine Society, and her book club.
